02Who can use TallyReel Post

You must be at least 13 years old — 16 in the European Economic Area and UK — and old enough to accept a contract where you live. You also need to be allowed to use each social network you connect.

03Your account

• Give us accurate information and keep your email address current — we use it for security messages.
• Keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.

04What TallyReel Post does

TallyReel Post lets you write posts, adapt them for different networks, schedule them, and publish them to accounts you connect. It also suggests posting times and offers optional AI writing help.

We work hard to publish every post on time, but we can’t guarantee it. Networks change their APIs, revoke access, rate-limit, reject content or go down. If a post fails, we’ll tell you and let you retry — but please don’t rely on TallyReel Post for anything where a missed or late post would cause serious harm.

Some networks require TallyReel Post to be approved before it can publish for everyone (for example, TikTok limits unaudited apps to private posts). Features for a network may be limited or unavailable until that approval is granted, and can be withdrawn by the network.

05Social networks’ rules

When you publish through TallyReel Post, you are posting to that network as yourself. You must follow its terms, community guidelines and developer policies — they apply to everything you publish, and they can suspend your account there regardless of what tool you used. In particular, don’t use TallyReel Post for spam, platform manipulation, fake engagement or automated posting that a network forbids.

YouTube

TallyReel Post uses YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service (opens in a new tab), and you acknowledge the Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab). You can revoke TallyReel Post’s access at myaccount.google.com/permissions (opens in a new tab).

06Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us a limited licence to store, process, adapt (for example, resize or reformat for a network) and transmit your content, only as needed to run TallyReel Post for you — including sending it to the networks you choose and, if you use AI features, to our AI provider.

You are responsible for your content, and you promise that:

• you have the rights to everything you upload and publish, including music, images and trademarks;
• it isn’t illegal, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of anyone, or infringing; and
• it doesn’t contain malware or attempt to deceive people about who is posting.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules, and report illegal content where required.

Team workspaces

Channels, posts, media, comments and the plan belong to a workspace, not to the individual member who created them. The workspace’s owner controls it: they manage billing, can delete it, and (with admins) decide who is a member and with which role. When you create content in someone else’s workspace, it stays with that workspace if you leave it or delete your account. Owners are responsible for the members they invite and for the workspace’s plan.

07AI features

AI suggestions are generated by DeepSeek, a third-party provider based in China (see the privacy policy). AI output can be wrong, generic or inappropriate. Review everything before you schedule it — you are responsible for what you publish, whether you or the AI wrote it.

AI features are rate-limited, and each plan includes a monthly number of AI actions, to keep the service fair and affordable.

08Acceptable use

Don’t:

• break the law or help anyone else do so;
• try to access other people’s accounts or data, or probe, scan or overload our systems;
• reverse engineer, resell or scrape the service, or get around rate limits;
• connect accounts you aren’t authorised to manage; or
• use TallyReel Post to send unsolicited bulk messages.

09Plans and payments

TallyReel Post has a free plan and paid plans (see pricing). Paid plans are subscriptions billed monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are shown before you pay, and nothing is charged without your action. Plan limits (connected channels, scheduled posts and AI actions per month, and team members) are described on the pricing page; monthly limits reset at the start of each calendar month (UTC). A plan applies to one workspace and is paid for by that workspace’s owner.

• On the web, purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. You buy from Lemon Squeezy, which charges your payment method, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies, and issues receipts. Its buyer terms (opens in a new tab) apply to the purchase. You can change plan, update your card, download invoices or cancel from Settings → Plan & billing.
• In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are bought through Apple’s App Store or Google Play and follow their terms. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then move to the free plan. Nothing you’ve created is deleted when a plan ends or changes; you just can’t go beyond the lower plan’s limits.

Refunds

• Web purchases: refunds are handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. If something went wrong, contact us at [hello@tallyreel.com — create this mailbox first] within 14 days of a charge and we’ll arrange a refund through Lemon Squeezy; where the law where you live gives you a right to cancel or a refund, that right applies too.
• App Store and Google Play purchases: we can’t issue refunds for these ourselves. Request one from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com (opens in a new tab) or from Google Play under your order history; their refund policies apply.

We may change prices or plan limits. Changes to a paid plan’s price take effect at your next renewal after at least 30 days’ notice by email, and you can cancel before then.

10Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; see data deletion. Deletion is permanent and cancels scheduled posts. Posts already published stay on the networks. If you own a workspace that has other members, transfer ownership first; content you created in others’ workspaces stays with them.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service, other users or our access to a network at risk. Where reasonable we’ll warn you first and give you a chance to export your data. If we ever shut TallyReel Post down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.

11Disclaimers and liability

TallyReel Post is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties, such as fitness for a particular purpose, and we aren’t responsible for social networks, their decisions about your accounts or content, or losses caused by posts that fail, publish late or publish as scheduled.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer where you live.

12Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. For material changes we’ll notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. If you keep using TallyReel Post after that, the new terms apply; if you don’t agree, you can delete your account.

13Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of the country you live in. Please contact us first — most problems can be solved by email.
