Best time to post on Instagram
Instagram’s feed isn’t chronological, but early engagement still helps a post get shown. Lunch and early evening in your audience’s timezone are the usual strong windows; weekend mornings tend to do well for lifestyle and food accounts.

No. TallyReel Post uses Instagram Login, so a Business or Creator account is enough — no linked Facebook Page required.
