Questions, answered plainly
What counts as a scheduled post?
Each post counts once, in the calendar month (UTC) you first schedule or publish it — however many channels it goes to. Drafts, posts waiting for review, rescheduling and retries are free. The Free plan includes 30 a month; paid plans are unlimited.
What’s an AI action?
One request to the AI assistant: tailoring a post for your channels, sharpening a hook, drafting from an idea, or planning a batch of ideas. If the AI fails, the action isn’t counted. Free includes 20 a month, Pro 500.
What happens if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Channels you already connected keep publishing and scheduled posts still go out; you just can’t connect more channels or schedule beyond the lower plan’s limits until you’re under them.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for, then drop to Free.
Who handles payments, taxes and refunds?
On the web, Lemon Squeezy is our merchant of record: it processes the payment, adds any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live, and handles invoices and refunds. In the iOS and Android apps, subscriptions are bought through the App Store or Google Play and follow their billing and refund rules. See the terms.
Where does TallyReel Studio fit in?
Studio is the desktop app that makes the videos, and it is a separate one-time purchase of $49 — it isn’t part of any plan here, and you don’t need it to schedule posts. If you own it, it can send finished videos straight into this account as drafts on every plan, including Free. A bundle that covers both is something we’d like to offer; there isn’t one yet, so buy them separately for now. More about Studio.
What does Team add?
Teammates and approvals. A Team workspace holds up to 5 members (you included), each with a role — admin, editor, contributor or viewer. Contributors write drafts and send them for approval; editors approve, schedule and publish. Team also doubles Pro’s channels to 30. The plan belongs to the workspace, so only its owner pays.
